Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 1032.051: BOARD ELECTION; TERM.

(a) The board consists of nine directors elected as follows:

(1) four directors, each of whom is elected from the county commissioners precinct represented by the director; and

(2) five directors from the district at large.

(b) Directors serve staggered four-year terms.
