Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 1034.208: BONDS EXEMPT FROM TAXATION.

The following are exempt from taxation by this state or by a political subdivision of this state:

(1) bonds issued by the district;

(2) any transaction relating to the bonds; and

(3) profits made in the sale of the bonds.
