Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 1039.051: BOARD ELECTION; TERM.

Where this section sits in the code

(a) Except as provided by Section 1039.052, the board consists of five directors elected from the district at large.

(b) Directors serve staggered two-year terms unless four-year terms are established under Section 285.081, Health and Safety Code.
