SUBCHAPTER C. POWERS AND DUTIES

The board may enter into a joint ownership arrangement for the district with a public or private entity to provide management or operating services if the board determines that the joint ownership arrangement is in the district's best interest and does not violate Section 52, Article III, Texas Constitution.
