Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 1039.207: EXECUTION OF BONDS.

Where this section sits in the code

(a) The board president shall execute, in the district's name, district bonds payable from taxes or revenue.

(b) The board secretary shall countersign the bonds in the manner provided by Chapter 618, Government Code.
