CHAPTER 1045. HUTCHINSON COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT
SUBCHAPTER D. GENERAL FINANCIAL PROVISIONS

As soon as practicable after the close of the fiscal year, the district administrator or other district agent responsible for the district's financial affairs shall prepare for the board:

(1) a sworn statement of the amount of district money; and

(2) an account of the disbursements of that money.
