CHAPTER 1046. JACKSON COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT
SUBCHAPTER C. POWERS AND DUTIES

The board shall provide for the administration, maintenance, and operation of a hospital transferred to the district to furnish adequate medical and hospital care in the district and to ensure that the hospital is provided with sufficient money, personnel, and equipment for district residents to have access to quality and competent health facilities.
