CHAPTER 1050. KNOX COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT
SUBCHAPTER B. DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION

(a) If a vacancy occurs in the office of an elected director, the remaining directors shall appoint a director for the unexpired term.

(b) If a vacancy occurs in the office of an appointed director, the Commissioners Court of Knox County shall appoint a director for the unexpired term.
