Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 1051.051: BOARD ELECTION; TERM.

(a) The board consists of seven directors elected from the district at large by place.

(b) Directors serve staggered four-year terms.

(c) An election shall be held on the uniform election date in May of each even-numbered year to elect the appropriate number of directors.
