CHAPTER 1053. LUBBOCK COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT OF LUBBOCK COUNTY, TEXAS
SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The support and maintenance of the district's hospital system, including medical or other health facilities, and any indebtedness incurred by the district under this chapter may not become a charge against or obligation of this state.
