- SUBCHAPTER B. DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION
(a) The ex officio manager has all powers of another manager, except the ex officio manager may not vote.
(b) The ex officio manager shall:
(1) attend executive sessions of the board; and
(2) have access to all documents reviewed or considered by the board or its staff.
