- CHAPTER 1057. MATAGORDA COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT OF MATAGORDA COUNTY, TEXAS
- SUBCHAPTER C. POWERS AND DUTIES
(a) The board may lease district property, including facilities or equipment, to individuals, companies, corporations, or other legal entities on terms the board determines further the district's purposes.
(b) The term of a lease under this section may not exceed 99 years.
