Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 1058.051: BOARD ELECTION; TERM.

(a) The board consists of five directors elected by the district voters.

(b) Directors serve staggered four-year terms with the terms of two or three directors expiring each odd-numbered year as appropriate.
