SUBCHAPTER C. POWERS AND DUTIES

(a) The board, on behalf of the district, may enter into a construction contract that exceeds the amount provided by Section 271.024, Local Government Code, only after advertising in the manner provided by Subchapter B, Chapter 271, Local Government Code.
