Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 1059.062: RECRUITMENT OF MEDICAL STAFF AND PROFESSIONAL PERSONNEL.

The board may use innovative methods to recruit physicians, nurses, technicians, and other professional personnel, including:

(1) scholarship programs;

(2) agreements for future services;

(3) shared personnel;

(4) bonuses; and

(5) any other method the district considers necessary.
