Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 1061.209: BONDS EXEMPT FROM TAXATION.

Where this section sits in the code

The following are exempt from taxation by this state or a political subdivision:

(1) bonds issued or assumed by the district;

(2) the transfer and issuance of the bonds; and

(3) profits made in the sale of the bonds.
