Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 1065.054: QUALIFICATIONS FOR OFFICE.

Where this section sits in the code

A director must:

(1) be a district resident;

(2) own land in the district subject to taxation; and

(3) be at least 18 years of age when appointed or elected.
