Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 1067.205: EXECUTION OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS.

Where this section sits in the code

(a) The board president shall execute the general obligation bonds in the district's name.

(b) The vice president-secretary shall attest the bonds as provided by Chapter 618, Government Code.
