Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 1067.208: BONDS EXEMPT FROM TAXATION.

The following are exempt from taxation by this state or a political subdivision of this state:

(1) bonds issued by the district;

(2) the transfer of the bonds; or

(3) bond revenue, including any profits made in the sale of the bonds.
