Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 1074.051: BOARD ELECTION; TERM.

(a) The board consists of six directors elected from the district in accordance with former Section 3.04(f), Chapter 132, Acts of the 74th Legislature, Regular Session, 1995.

(b) Directors serve staggered three-year terms.

(c) A directors' election to elect two directors shall be held annually on the May uniform election date or another date authorized by law.
