Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 1074.211: SECURITY OF CERTAIN BONDS.

Bonds authorized at an election held in the district before May 20, 2003, may be payable from and secured by:

(1) taxes as authorized by the election; or

(2) a pledge of a combination of ad valorem taxes, revenues, and other sources as authorized by Section 1074.208.
