Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 1076.001: DEFINITIONS.

Where this section sits in the code

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the board of trustees of the district.

(2) "District" means the Starr County Hospital District of Starr County, Texas.

(3) "Trustee" means a member of the board.
