Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 1076.210: BONDS EXEMPT FROM TAXATION.

Where this section sits in the code

The following are exempt from taxation by this state:

(1) bonds issued by the district;

(2) the transfer of the bonds; and

(3) the income from the bonds, including profits made on the sale of the bonds.
