Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 1080.001: DEFINITIONS.

Where this section sits in the code

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the board of directors of the district.

(2) "Director" means a member of the board.

(3) "District" means the Nixon Hospital District of Gonzales and Wilson Counties, Texas.
