Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 1087.154: ANNUAL AUDIT.

(a) The board annually shall have an independent audit made of the district's books and records for the preceding fiscal year.

(b) Not later than December 31 of each year, the audit shall be filed:

(1) with the county clerk of Upton County; and

(2) at the district's office.
