- SUBCHAPTER C. POWERS AND DUTIES
(a) The board may contract with a county or municipality located outside the district's boundaries for the hospitalization and treatment of a sick or injured person of that county or municipality.
(b) The board may contract with this state or a federal agency for the hospital treatment of a sick or injured person.
