- SUBCHAPTER B. DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION
(a) The district is governed by a board of five directors elected from the district at large by place.
(b) Directors serve staggered three-year terms.
(c) A directors' election shall be held annually on the May uniform election date prescribed by Section 41.001, Election Code, or another date authorized by law.
