Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 1100.058: EXPENSES.

Where this section sits in the code

A director or officer may be reimbursed for actual expenses incurred in the performance of official duties. The expenses must be:

(1) reported in the district's records; and

(2) approved by the board.
