  5. SUBCHAPTER C. BOARD OF DIRECTORS

(a) The district shall act through resolutions adopted by the board.

(b) Three directors constitute a quorum.

(c) Each director has a vote.

(d) The affirmative vote of at least three directors is necessary to adopt any resolution.
