- SUBCHAPTER B. BOARD OF DIRECTORS
(a) Directors serve staggered three-year terms, with one-third or as near as possible to one-third of the members' terms expiring April 30 of each year.
(b) A director's term begins on May 1 of the year the director is appointed.
(c) A director may not serve more than five consecutive terms as a director.
