Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 1105.104: HOSPITAL SYSTEM.

Where this section sits in the code

The district shall provide for:

(1) the establishment of a hospital system by:

(A) purchasing, constructing, acquiring, repairing, or renovating buildings and equipment; and

(B) equipping the buildings; and

(2) the administration of the hospital system for hospital purposes.
