Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 1105.112: PROVISION OF CERTAIN HEALTH CARE SERVICES.

Where this section sits in the code

The district may provide any appropriate health care services the board determines are necessary to meet the needs of the district, including:

(1) emergency medical services;

(2) home health care services;

(3) long-term care services;

(4) rehabilitation services; and

(5) fitness services.
