Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 1107.060: QUORUM; VOTING REQUIREMENT.

Where this section sits in the code

(a) Four managers, not including the ex officio manager, constitute a quorum.

(b) A concurrence of a majority of the voting managers present is required in any matter relating to district business.
