Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 1107.062: PERSONNEL MATTERS; CLOSED MEETING.

A member or prospective member of the medical staff or a person who serves or is being considered for a position as a medical director of services or departments in the district is a public officer or employee for purposes of Section 551.074, Government Code.
