CHAPTER 1107. TITUS COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT
SUBCHAPTER E. BONDS

The district may issue bonds only if the bonds are authorized by a majority of the district voters voting at an election called by the board and held in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1251, Government Code, relating to county bonds.
