Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 1110.061: BOARD MEETINGS.

Where this section sits in the code

(a) A board meeting may be called by the president or any four directors.

(b) Notice of the time and place of a board meeting must be given to each director at least 72 hours before the time of the meeting.
