Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 1110.156: ANNUAL AUDIT.

Where this section sits in the code

(a) The board annually shall have an independent audit made of the district's financial condition for the fiscal year.

(b) As soon as the audit is completed, the audit shall be filed at the district's office.
