Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 1111.205: EXECUTION OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS.

Where this section sits in the code

(a) The board's presiding officer shall execute the general obligation bonds in the district's name.

(b) The board secretary shall countersign the bonds.
