SUBCHAPTER C. POWERS AND DUTIES

(a) The district shall provide the inpatient and outpatient hospital services and physician services a county is required to provide under Section 61.028(a), Health and Safety Code.

(b) The district shall provide maternal labor and delivery services in the district.
