Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 1114.114: MANDATED PROVIDER.

Where this section sits in the code

The district may select one or more providers of health care services and may require an eligible resident to obtain care from a provider except:

(1) in an emergency;

(2) when medically inappropriate; or

(3) when care is not available.
