Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 1114.154: ANNUAL AUDIT.

Where this section sits in the code

(a) The district shall have an independent annual audit made of the district's financial condition for each fiscal year.

(b) After approval by the board, the audit shall be filed at the district's office.
