  5. SUBCHAPTER G. EXPANSION OF DISTRICT TERRITORY TO INCLUDE MINEOLA INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT

(a) The board shall set a time and place to hold a hearing on the petition.

(b) The hearing shall be held not earlier than the 31st day after the date the board issues the order.
