CHAPTER 1118. MAVERICK COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT
SUBCHAPTER E. BONDS

The district may issue bonds to:

(1) purchase, construct, acquire, repair, or renovate buildings or improvements; and

(2) equip buildings for hospital purposes.
