Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 1121.061: EMPLOYEES.

Where this section sits in the code

(a) The district may employ nurses, technicians, fiscal agents, accountants, architects, additional attorneys, and other necessary employees.

(b) The board may delegate to the district administrator the authority to employ persons for the district.
