CHAPTER 1122. HIDALGO COUNTY HEALTHCARE DISTRICT
SUBCHAPTER C. POWERS AND DUTIES

The district has full responsibility for operating hospital facilities and providing medical and hospital care for the district's indigent residents as required under this chapter, another applicable statute, and the constitution of this state.
