Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 1122.207: BONDS NOT SUBJECT TO TAXATION.

The following are not subject to taxation by the state or by a political subdivision of the state:

(1) bonds issued by the district;

(2) any transaction relating to the bonds; and

(3) profits made in the sale of the bonds.
