  5. SUBCHAPTER F. CONSTRUCTION, RENOVATION, AND REPAIR CONTRACTS

(a) The board has control of construction, renovation, or repairs being done for the district under a contract under Section 21.251.

(b) The board shall determine whether the contract is being fulfilled.
