SUBCHAPTER B. BOARD OF DIRECTORS

(a) The county commissioners court may remove a director for misconduct or failure to carry out the director's duties on petition by a majority of the other directors and after notice and hearing.

(b) If a vacancy occurs on the board, the remaining directors shall appoint a director for the remainder of the unexpired term.
