Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 3503.001: DEFINITIONS.

Where this section sits in the code

In this chapter:

(1) "Authority" means the TexAmericas Center.

(2) "Board" means the authority's board of directors.

(3) "Property" means land, improvements, and personal property described in Section 3503.004.
