  5. SUBCHAPTER D. FINANCIAL PROVISIONS

The district may issue bonds, notes, or other debt obligations in accordance with Subchapters I and J, Chapter 375, Local Government Code, for a purpose specified by that chapter or as required to exercise a power or function or to accomplish a purpose or duty for which the district was created.
